MOTIVATION
Human-centered design is a philosophy. It starts with the people for whom you are designing. It considers their needs, their abilities, and their behavior first, then designs to accommodate those needs. When done well, it results in products that are simple, intuitive, and a pleasure to use.
Design is really an act of communication, which means having a deep understanding of the person with whom the designer is communicating.
